Strength & Balance
At Strength and Balance we do a combination of Qigong exercises, yoga stretching and movement/dance with music.
We also do balance exercises, cardio and resistance work. Lots of stretching and mobility exercises.
Our Exercise classes are a great social activity and lots of fun.
Held at the Strathalbyn Football Club, Ashbourne Road, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am.
The classes are primarily targeted at the 40+ age bracket but anyone is welcome to attend. All participants are required to have an initial consultation prior to starting classes. This is valued at $44 per person.
Classes are $10 per person.
